Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a contribution to the Ufixi crowdfunding campaign. By contributing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
⚠ Important: If Ufixi does not reach its minimum funding target of £8,000, all contributors will be entitled to a full refund of their contribution. No funds will be retained by Ufixi in the event the campaign is unsuccessful.
Ufixi is an AI-powered home maintenance application currently in development. The Ufixi crowdfunding campaign ("Campaign") is operated by Tom Paget, trading as Ufixi ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. The purpose of this Campaign is to raise funds to support the development, launch, and marketing of the Ufixi application.
Contributions made to the Ufixi Campaign are not investments, loans, or purchases of equity. By contributing, you are supporting the development of the Ufixi product and, in return, you will receive the rewards outlined at the contribution tier you select.
Contributions do not guarantee ownership, shares, dividends, or any financial return. This Campaign is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a financial instrument or investment product.
The minimum funding target for this Campaign is £8,000. This target represents the crowdfunding portion of the total project budget.
Each contribution tier offers specific rewards as described on the Campaign page. These rewards are provided on a best-efforts basis and are subject to the successful development and launch of the Ufixi application.
Funds raised through this Campaign will be used for the following purposes:
Ufixi is committed to transparency. Any material changes to the use of funds will be communicated to contributors via the Founding Members group chat and email.
Ufixi aims to launch the application in Q2 2026. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to development complexity, third-party delays, or regulatory requirements. Ufixi will keep contributors informed of any significant delays.
All intellectual property rights in the Ufixi application, branding, and associated materials remain the exclusive property of Tom Paget / Ufixi. Contributions do not confer any intellectual property rights upon contributors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ufixi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in this Campaign. Our total liability to any contributor shall not exceed the amount of their contribution.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your contribution within 14 days of making it. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. After 14 days, contributions are non-refundable unless the campaign fails to meet its minimum funding target.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By contributing, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
